What we collect
This website has no accounts, no database and no analytics. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to write in an enquiry form: name, email address, country, optionally a company name, and your message. The form does not transmit anything itself — it prepares a message in your own email client, which you send.
Why we use it
Solely to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to continue a commercial or wine-tourism conversation you initiated. Legal basis: your consent and, for trade contacts, steps taken at your request prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
Who can see it
Our team, and our email provider acting as a data processor. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting relationship, and is deleted on request.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to team@saltodelcorvo.wine. You may also lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Hosting
The site is served by our hosting provider, which may process technical connection data such as IP addresses in server logs for security and delivery purposes.
